The hotel provided a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were not exactly as depicted in the pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean, and tidy quarters with a fresh breeze off the water and nice views. Unfortunately, the deluxe version was unavailable, but our room exceeded expectations in comfort.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing spa. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, overlooking the ocean and close to the beach. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, and the prices were a bit high.
The hotel is located at Surfers Paradise with rooms that were fairly good size, though outdated, and a free breakfast that was disappointing with limited options. The price paid did not align with the value received, especially considering the basic breakfast at $15. The staff was very friendly and had great local knowledge, offering nice amenities for a short work stay.
